M & L waiting together to ride the bumper cars. 💗
human warmth... emotional safety... secure attachment... healthy coregulation... and reminding us grown-ups, just how to be with each other in this sorry world.
Young elementary kids at the school bus stop are all together. By high school, they are all apart unless there are some special friends in the neighbourhood.
I love this photo. It reminds me of my daughter and her brother. And even though she's now middle aged, she still cares for her brother and makes sure we all keep in contact.
I've had many conversations with my group about how there are so many things in life we cannot control. But we can control who we are and how we treat other people.
my heart skipped a beat...what a beautiful, loving moment to memorialize!! "human warmth" - touch - a hug...all so important, today and everyday. thanks for stopping by, it is always nice to attract a new visitor!!
