I love mashed potatoes with anything {especially with some good grated chees mixed through. I could just stick my face in a bowl of them at almost any time of the day.

You know what? I'm going to mash some potatoes and pull a full Richard Dreyfus from Close Encounters of the Third Kind. Potato mountain sculpture. i'll leave out the part where my family thinks I'm nuts and leaves me.

Now I am hungry. ya know, I have NEVER been a mashed potatoe and gravy fan. I prefer FRENCH FRIES.
