Wherever it is you have gone always remember to exit with an air of dignity and purpose in case there are people either in the room you've just entered or are outside as you leave. A bewildered look on the face in situations like this only adds insult to injury and makes you look like a nut job. This may only confirm what any young person around you might already think.......
I was scooting down the back of the interweb sofa thingy yesterday when I came across this which made me think of you with your love of word fusing.
Sadly enough, I see myself in this. I "surf" the web for entertainment when I'm bored, but there are only so many times you can check your email, blog, facebook, forum, whatever, before you hit google, and then it hits you: What am I doing here? And some people apparently can't help but type out loud.
I like "what did I come down here for" because I say it every time I head down to the finished basement. I know one of my kids is probably in trouble, but by the time I get there I forget who needs scolding. And so I check the laundry instead. Laundry never judges.
have passed on a blog award that I dutifully must to another great blogger. enjoy it. (although it's not good for much, except maybe for the making of a larger head...) You deserve it
