| Thanks, M. |
You're welcome. And may this interrupt your doomscrolling.
(Ever think about how our phones are kind of like our refrigerators? The fridge pictures displayed tell about the best goings-on in our lives: first ultrasounds, wedding invites, Christmas family pics, travel photos, love notes...but the pictures in our phones often mirror the worst goings-on in the world. Dear friends, don't forget to spend a little time reflecting on your fridge "algorithm" too.)

ReplyDeleteSo you're sayin' leave the phone at home, carry the fridge with ya'?
Yes, and curate it carefully. ;)
DeleteBest smiling dragon EVER!
ReplyDeleteI agree.
DeleteI think that I scroll enough to be aware, but I almost always just get the gist of it while staying out of the comment section. We all need to find a balance between awareness and chilling.
ReplyDeleteYes, balance intentionally.
DeleteSweet dragon. Love it.
ReplyDeleteIsn't it adorable?
DeleteMy phone's wallpaper is Jack with his poppa and Jack with me. Always makes me smile when I open my phone. I don't spend a lot of time reading the news on my phone, very little actually, but I do spend a lot of time watching cat and dog videos on instagram:)
ReplyDeleteYour granddaughters dragon is wonderful. Thank you for sharing it.
Yes to kids and partners and cats and dogs...all good for the fridge in the kitchen or in your pocket.
DeleteI need a grandchild.😃
ReplyDeleteYes. You. Do.
DeleteI hadn't thought about my phone being like a refrigerator, but the analogy makes sense. I choose to keep my camera roll upbeat and positive.
ReplyDelete...thanks for this bright spot.
ReplyDeleteYou're welcome and thank you for yours too.
DeleteCute pic
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing it
Why is the dragon smiling? I thought dragons usually breathe lots of fire and look menacing. He is cute, though.
ReplyDeleteThat is an awesome dragon - especially for a toddler to draw - what talent! You've made a good point about what things we choose to feed our souls.
ReplyDeleteAdorable
ReplyDeleteDoes the link work?
ReplyDeleteI have never thought of our phones becoming our refrigerators, but you are right in the aspect that it displays what is going on in our lives while our refrigerator is free of any clutter.
ReplyDeleteI do love the fridge analogy. Thank you.
