I've been watching since forever. The Church Lady. The Motivational Speaker. The Spartan Cheerleaders. Mary Katherine Gallagher. The Lemon Sisters. So many.
Sure, some skits tank but oftentimes it's quite obvious that being an SNL writer is one sweet job. I wonder: what will Kristen Wiig and Alec Baldwin do next?

Nothing beats classic SNL with John Belushi, Gilda Radner, Chevy Chase, et. al...
Still, gotta love the Church Lady.
Well, isn't that special?
I admit I haven't kept up with SNL of late. This I must rectify.
Note to self, avoid carpool conversations in the future.
I just noticed.....the steering wheel is on the right side of the car. That seemed odd to me. I know that they have cars like that in England (and, interestingly enough, the U.S. Virgin Islands) where they drive on the left side of the road. But, live from New York?
Funny skit, though.
Don't worry. Be happy.
When SNL is good, it's great. But when it's bad, it really sucks.
Started watching from the very first show. My interest in SNL has waxed and waned over time, but it has moments of excellence. I never saw this skit before. Very funny.
I think you named most of the characters I SUPER LOVED too.
I want to work for them... so hard.
Live from New York, it's Saturday Night! Love this show... still. :)
Not something we get over here. Good comedy is important. I guess we're lucky that we have so much here.....
ps. just tagged you with a challenge over at mine.......
I've seen him twice so he's real.
Seriously, one of the coolest jobs in the world.
