Hubby's car has an integrated GPS system. However, the maps have not been updated in years and no one can remember the credentials to do it. He just relies on his phone app
That 'road less graveled' line gave me a good laugh. It seems your GPS has a poetic soul—or just a cruel sense of humor! Hopefully, the scenery made up for the lack of pavement. Safe travels back to charted territory!
That's a groaner. I was thinking about Robert Frost the other day when I was walking in the natural area outside Sherwood Park, apparently it's untouched parkland/forest, a quarter section, and I thought of the poem as I wandered through the trees.
That would certainly frost me.
ReplyDeleteHa, I see what you did there. Well done, sir.
DeleteI've never used GPS. My son in law does though.
ReplyDeleteYou must be a master at directions.
Delete...I'm quite satisfied with GPS!
ReplyDeleteI thought I was too.

ReplyDeleteThank you. Poetry does indeed make life a little richer.
DeleteGROAN!
ReplyDeleteYour sentiments are accurate, ha.
DeleteKay of Musings: I do remember once a long time ago seeing GPS sending us right through a house with no road. I was hoping it had improved a lot.
ReplyDeleteI guess 95% reliable is the best we can expect?

ReplyDeleteMore people should walk with Robert Frost on their minds. Well done.
DeleteGPS - wonderful . . . . when it works correctly and is fully up to date.
ReplyDeleteBingo.
DeleteGPS a long time ago once directed us to go right through someone's yard.
