What's funny is the older ladies around here who look around to see if they see anyone else and if they don't they just keep walking. If they see you watching, of course they do the right thing.
Not even off the path? Just right there in the middle of the path? That's someone with a passive-aggressive problem with the world.
People who don't clean up after their dog should have their noses rubbed in it, YUK! :-).
