rant + antsy = rantsy (
adjective):
anxious, apprehensive, or jittery to a degree that one can barely repress the desire to criticize, disparage or down-right slam someone who so needs it (aka bite one's tongue while the asshole at the table blathers on ad nauseum).

I can definitely see myself using this in the near future.
Frequently.
We had a table with an asshole once.
Not anymore.
Ha! I definitely know how that feels. Bravo on this wordfuse.

I’m working my way from the north of Great Britain to the south through pictures. You’ll see photographs of glorious vistas, charming close-ups, delicious recipes and interesting tidbits of life in Great Britain for the pleasure of Scotophiles everywhere!
Quite applicable. I mostly feel rantsy at the airport, going through security and while boarding.
Definitely incorporating this into my every day lingo.
this word could catch on. we need to just get it in a hit movie
@Munk: Where did you buy a table with an asshole? Man, they'll sell ANYthing at Walmart!
That just makes me rantsy!
@AP-It was a family heirloom (my side of the family).
That is SUCH a good word !
Political debates make me rantsy. That's why I quit watching them.
Rantsy is perfect. I'm off to a dinner tonight, with my husband. If things get rantsy I'll know it's a failed outing.
How about in my Race and Minority relations class EVERY TIME!?
Rangry when that happens.
New word! New word! New word!
Mustn't forget it. Mustn't forget it. Mustn't forget it.
