Over here, it rained all morning. I almost fell when I slipped on some tile outside. I'm taking that as my cue to just stay indoors for the rest of the day.
@VinnyC Good plan. @Alistair Thanks bud. @Tim Agreed. @DSWS But you know it could have easily been you. @TT Wishful thinking. @karen "Karma clouds" = awesome. @Cheeseboy [shared pain] @Windsmoke It's gone today (terrorizing someone else somewhere else) @AC Not kidding. And yes. @OT Just for a day because that's too much heat for me. @Anne I appreciate your empathy. @AP True. @sprite Cute. I'll only accept that from you.
Down right depressing. Of course, I'm not loving the 96 degrees it was here today. I need to move where it's between 45 and 80 all year. Wonder where that is?
Like you...we are all very weary of this. I am dieing for a sunburn about now. But holy crap, we have a lot of teeny mosquitos flying around our fields. this ain't no Garden of Eden right now. and then to top it off, the whole 2 weeks I was in Utah, it rained off and on and was abnormally cool. Then I come home....and they are in the high 70's. I brought it all back home with me again. grrrrrrrrrr

ReplyDeleteUnusually for here we're sweltering with a record dry month last month and a roaster of a weekend ahead.......
ReplyDeleteSorry bud.
That is simply not right.
ReplyDeleteHA ha! Edmonton is fine.
ReplyDeleteThis would never happen in Winnipeg. Maybe Brandon, but never Winnipeg.
ReplyDeletethat is disgustingness of epic proportions. You will never get a 'ha ha' message from me about the weather, because I am well aware of karma clouds.
ReplyDeleteIt is almost that cold here too.
ReplyDeleteI thought we had extreme weather conditions down here in OZ. You can keep the snow thanks :-).
ReplyDeleteYGTBKM!
ReplyDeleteHave you ever had snow in June before?
If it makes you feel better it is 100F today in Houston. I have sweat off 10 pounds since this morning. I would gladly trade with you.
ReplyDeleteI feel so bad for you! I almost complained about the heat and humidity here, but thought better of it.
ReplyDeleteSo sorry.
If it's any consolation, I grew up in the Icebox of the Nation. I know what it's like.
Oh....my. We sweltered here last weekend. It should never snow in June.
ReplyDeleteIt's winter here in Australia.
ReplyDeleteThat's why.
:)
