When I run (um, almost never), I always hope for rain. I love running in the rain. The sloshy shoes, the clingy hair. It just . . .freeing.
running in the rain reminds me of my childhood. I love rainy afternoons at my grandma's house. I do love playing in the rain with my friends too. Some parents don't let their kids do this now because of pollution. I wish it weren't the case.
With all the electronics in my pockets, I often forget this simple joy. Thank you for that. And great picture.
