| Thanks for the reminder, L. |
Potty-training is challenging, but my grandson is teaching me a few things I suspect we should all review periodically.
After his first BM in the toilet, and before he received several Smarties, my grandson (altogether sincerely) had this to say about that first flushing, "Bye-bye poop. Have a good day." 😄
Obviously that kid has had some excellent role models! lol
ReplyDeleteHa! I'm not so sure about that, but yes, we are all toilet trained. ;)
DeleteCodex: LOL. Civilization is wonderful
DeleteLittle children are so wonderful and remind us of how amazing the world is.
ReplyDeleteThey're the best!
DeleteHahahaha!
ReplyDeleteGlad he made you laugh too.
DeleteHA!
ReplyDelete::snort::
ReplyDeleteYou triggered a memory. My daughter used to wave at hers, "Bye bye, poop!!" Kids are endlessly trippy, aren't they?
Trippy? Well said.
DeleteLOL, cracks me up. :)
ReplyDelete...let's hope that he continues to have such a great attitude!
ReplyDeleteCan confirm this good attitude did not remain consistent, lol.
DeleteI still say goodbye to a lot of poop, but I don't generally wish those people a good day.
ReplyDeleteMaybe I should.
There is metaphorical poop that I would like to wish Godspeed.
ReplyDeleteI think I know this metaphor, lol.
DeleteI needed that laugh this morning!
ReplyDeleteThose poops need a good send-off, I agree with your grandson.
ReplyDeletePoor pee. It never gets the same validation.
ReplyDeleteHa. Exactly.
DeleteMine said "bye bye poop. Have fun in the sewer!"
ReplyDeleteI want smarties when I poop!!
ReplyDeleteYes, it's unfair.
Deleteoh we went through nearly a year trying to get our youngest grandson potty trained. Then overnight he was fully potty trained day and night, just after his fourth birthday!! Even smarties didn't do the trick!!! I am so glad all our grandkids are now out of diapers.........
ReplyDeleteVery sweet! I mean, I also hope the poop has a good day, but I’ve never thought to say it. ;)
