Are you sure the technical answer is not "yes"? It is a chair that is on a lawn, and thus, a lawn chair? Are not all chairs on lawns "lawn-chairs", yet not all lawns on chairs are chair-lawns? I may have lost my train of thought there.
I saw an advertisement for a couch and chair in that lovely pink color, described as vintage ,the price seemed a bargain (are you kidding?) at $500
