Teen Halloween

My daughter, the Ninja,
 with her unruly mustache
and penetrating gaze.
I minored in Drama in university. My wife and I have both worked in amateur theatre. In other words, bad acting runs in our family.
And now our spawn are continuing the tradition this teen Halloween. Let's just say, Inside the Actors Studio hasn't called yet.

My son, the bearded-lady
with a unibrow and a mullet.

Give it time. True genius often goes unrecognized at first. And, think of the money you saved with their do-it-yourself costume skillz.

The Bearded Lady's dress looks like what was fashionable for my high school grad in 1975!

I was gonna say it looks like a bad 80's Bridesmaid dress. Reminds me of one I had to wear for my sisters wedding, tradgically it was the 90's, and even more shocking I then wore it to my year 10 formal.

The ninja mustache truly makes it. And your son has fabulous style...I'm pretty sure I owned a dress like that at one time.

She does have that penetrating gaze down. But will you have it when she brings home her first boyfriend?

I want that pink dress...

@Vinny C You are correct. Good attitude!
@DSWS I feel bad for you (but since I graduated in the 80s I have nothing to be judgmental about.)
@LoC Glad to see it.
@Alittlesprite My wife had to have a dress made for a wedding which she swore was curtain fabric so she gave the bride a small curtain made out of it too. Fortunately, the bride had a sense of humour. Why are weddings always like that?
@Just SO Yes, facial hair was quite a theme for some reason.
@Mrs. Tuna Yes I used a penetrating stare on that kid but it didn't work anyway. Thankfully that hellish period is over (for now).
@Missy I was not expecting that. You kill me.

It's some rule about making your bridesmaids look hideous so you don't feel so bad waddling around in a big white dress.
Thankfully I wasnt so mean to my girls, they looked hot, and are able to wear their dresses again without the aid of a paper bag on their heads.
